How do you decide the price?
The model, storage size, condition, and whether it is unlocked all change the price. Send us the details and we quote you before you commit to anything.
Do I need to do anything to the device first?
Back up your photos and files, sign out of your Apple or Google account, turn off Find My, and erase the device. A device still locked to your account can't be resold, so we can't buy it that way.
Do you buy devices with cracked screens?
Often yes, at a lower price. Pick "Cracked screen" in the form and we quote it that way.
Where do we meet?
We work with sellers across San Antonio. When you get your quote, we agree on a time and a public place that works for you.
Can I mail my device in?
Yes, from anywhere in the US. Choose "Mail it in" on the form and send us the details. If you like your quote, we send you shipping instructions. When your device arrives, we check it and pay you.
What should I bring or send?
The device, and a photo ID if we meet in person. A charger and the original box are nice to have but not required.
